Ail commercial (large or smali) and all muiti-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smailer projects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projects may take up to six (6) weeks to review and approve. If yes was answered b� any of the questions then a"Public Way" permit is required. You can pick up an application at either Community Development, loca�ed at 75 South Frontage Road or Public Works, loca�ed at 1309 Elkhom Drive. ➢ Notice sign-offs for utility companies. ALL utilities must field verify (locatie) respective utilities prior bo signing application. Some utility companies require up � 48 hours notice to schedule a locat�e. ➢ A construction traffic control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper. An approved site plan may also be used. This plan will show locations of all traffic control devices (signs, cones, etc.) and the work zone, (area of construction, staging, ebc.). This plan will expire on November 1st and will need tio be resubmit6ed for consideration for approval through the wintier. Be aware that your resubmission for winber may be denied depending on the location of construction. ➢ Skebch of work being perFormed must be submitted indicating dimensions (length, width and depth of worlc).
