PLANNING COMMENTS
1. Pursuant to the DRB condition of approval the plans submitted need to show the new deck with railings which match those existing on the home currently. Please see attached photo
of the existing railings. Please reflect this railing design on the submitted plans.
2. The site plan needs to be revised to show the configuration of the deck which will be constructed and not the existing deck in order to ensure compliance with the 10 foot setback.
