General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving the ad ition'�(���c��e�/pp.�uding
net floor area and/or gross residential floor area (GRFA). This also includes proposals f
'interior conversions'. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be found at www.vailgov.com under Vail Information-
Town Code Online. All projects requiring design review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit ap-
plication. An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all required information is received by the Commu-
nity Development Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. The project may also need to be reviewed by

Bill — Here are the drawings and application for Vail Townhouse fondominiums Unit 6A.
All new exterior materials are to match exi5ting and all new vegetation is to match existing with the
addition of a 4-6 Mugo Pine shrubs at the rear, creek side of the property. The only new element
that we are proposing that differs from the existing conditions or materials is to replace the painted
wood entry door with a new stained, slab, wood door with a transom window above. The existing
French doors to the entry patio are to be replaced with windows to match the existing doors in
color and material. We are still working on getting the Title work and the Utility Approval and
Verification. I will submit those as soon a5 I receive them. Please let me know if you have any
questions or if you need anything else.
