System: Ground Mounted(at 38 degree pitch) Solar PV System
Narrative:
Susan Pollack is requesting to install a Solar PV ground mounted system in her
backyard toward the north property adjacent to 1 -70 in East Vail. The system will be on
the north side of the building between the residence and 1 -70. The system will be
approximately 6' off of the ground at the highest point.
The panels will be black Monocrystalline to lesson the visual impact of blue colored
panels and to blend into ground coloring. The intent is to offset the Pollack's overall
electrical energy consumption and to contribute to lessoning global warming locally.
