● Submit 3 complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
General
1. Provide plans sealed and signed by the architect of record.
Structural Comments:
General
1. All plans and specifications to be sealed and signed by the architect of record.
2. Plan sheets to b all of the same size per Town of Vail submittal requirements.
3. Special Inspection shall be required for repair work of structural members as specified by the engineer. Reference section 1704.15 IBC. Annotate as such on plans and submit a special
inspection agreement with resubmittal

General
1. Provide electrical plans for proposed work showing compliance with the Town building code
PLANNING COMMENTS
Clarify the plans and scope of work that no synthetic turf is being installed.
Clarify whether or not new exterior lights are being installed.
