Architectural Comments:
1.) Gas and electric meters are enclosed in separate closets protected from snow and rain.
2.) See attached letter of approval from Ed Williams, owner of west half.
Plumbing Comments:
1.) Existing garage floor slopes to exterior with no drain, per C&C conversation with you 7/14/11.
2.) Gas piping from meter to boiler to be 2" supply, approx. 110' in length. Boiler to be 600000
btu's.
3.) Safety traffic bollard to be installed once piping and boiler are installed to determine best
placement for protection from vehicles pulling into garage.
4.) Boiler to be high efficiency 600000 btu with thermal efficiency of 94.6 %.
5.) The meter will be tagged —'Snow Melt Boiler'.
6.) Heated drive system to replace existing drive and common parking area, as outlined on plans.
Concrete band (2' wide) to be installed as separator between end of drive and edge of Bald Mtn
Rd. Verbal approval given by Chad (of Public Works) and Bill Gibson during meeting June 24,
2011. Last 5' of wirsbo piping before concrete band to be on separate zone.
Electrical Comments:
Electrical requirements will be completed by adding 2 branch circuits to supply the boiler.
