The iniet screen has been removed form the lower intakes of exhaust fan systems 1 through 6, that appears to be the reason why those lower intakes have higher airflows than the upper intakes. The total exhaust airflows are also higher for exhaust fan systems 1 through 6 as oompared to exhaust fan systems 7 through 12. 2. Exhaust fan system 5 was not in operation. Supply fan 1 is now in an enclosed room. Supply fan 3 is capped. Supply fan 6 appeared to have a faulty motor. We have faxed a copy of this letter and sketch to FCI to be delivered to Chad Nelson.
