Construction Activities/Observations: Field engineer arrived on site, as requested, to perform concrete tests for the
1:00 pm concrete pour for the sidewalk sections on the south and northeast sides of the facility.
Due to the fact that the concrete pump was going to be delayed unti12:30 pm, the contractor cancelled concrete testing.
