Method of Adding Moisture: N/A
This report prosents opinions formed as a result of our observations and/or compaction testing of the fill during this visit.
We have relied o��the contractor to continue applying the recommended compactive effort and moistu�e to the fill during
times when our observer is not observing operations. Tests are made of the fill only as belicved necessary to calibrate our
observer's jud ment. Test data are not tl�e sole basis for o inions on whether the fill meets s ecificatious.
