DISCREPANCY LIST FOR KCE JOB NO. 10-039
PROPOSED LIONSHEAD TRANSIT CENTER, VAIL, COLORADO
IN AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE OUR SERVICES AND THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS,WE WILL BE PROVIDING THE
FOLLOWING DISCREPANCY LIST. THIS LIST WILL INCLUDE ANY DISCREPANCIES IDENTIFIED IN OUR FIELD REPORTS THRU THE
LATEST REVIEWED FIELD REPORT. CONCRETE AND GROUT DISCREPANCIES WILL ONLY BE NOTED FOR CONCRETE OR GROUT THAT
DOES NOT MEET THE 28 DAY STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS. THE DISCREPANCY LIST WILL BE UPDATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS(DAILY
FOR CONCRETE)AND WILL BE SENT OUT EVERY WEEK. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS,PLEASE CALL.
