I called the contact number listed on the inspection ticket approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving on -site and left a message detailing my E.T.A. to the location. Upon arrival, no one was on -site nor in the condo unit. I proceeded with my next inspection at the Montanero's building to the north of Lions Square lodge North with intentions of returning for a second try at locating the contractor. It took me approximately 20 minutes to perform the inspection at the Montanero's building, so I returned to Lions Square lodge. While walking back to the building, I made a second attempt to phone the contractor listed as the requestor, and had negative contact. At the end of the day, I returned to the T.O.V. building to complete the inspection input into Permits Plus. At that time I informed the T.O.V. staff that there was no one on -site and no access to perform the inspection so a fee was added to the permit per the T.O.V. re- inspection fee policy. This was simply a no show for the inspection that was requested. I made every attempt to contact the requestor and to perform the inspection. The very next day, the inspection was scheduled again and the general contractor was there. He apologized for not being there the previous day and the inspection was performed. The inspection failed because the receptacles that were added did not meet the tamper resistant requirement. Please let me know if you need any further information.
