Scope of Work: The following work will be necessary for the tenant improvement for the Vail
Fine Wines at 196 East Gore Creek in the Lodge at Vail in Vail Colorado:
1. Add one heat detector and one strobe to the bathroom
2. Replace the existing display area speaker with a ceiling mounted speaker strobe.
3. Note that 14/4 fire wire will be run back to the nearest strobe circuit located on the
wall in the customer retail entry area above the Pull Station. The strobe circuit is not
at capacity based on previous testing for the Lotus sushi bar.
4. Note: that per NFPA 72 — reacceptance testing will be provided
S. There are zero open points on the existing MAPNET H circuit in the area. It will be
required to route the 18 12tsp IDNET wire back to the Garage Fire Alarm Panel Node
2. This is included in this proposal
Scope of Work process:
A. Work will be scheduled — Pete Herring will be the Project Manager — 303 - 961 -9339.
B. Electrical sub - contractor will run wire and conduit per local city and Fire
Department codes.
C. SG will program Node 2 Garage FACP and then the Node 1 Lobby FACP.
D. Electric sub - contractor and SG will test (reacceptance also) and then call for a final
inspection with the local AHJ.
E. SG will provide the NFPA 72 Record of Completion for the customer and the local
AHJ.
