The following is a summary of the comments that review: Planning 1. The proposed landscaping, fire pit, spa, etc. are located across the property boundary between Lots 26 and 27, Glen Lyon Subdivision. Today Sep -Haven LLC owns both Lots 26 and 27; however, there is no assurance that the same owner will control both lots in the future. Therefore, the applicant must execute an easement, encroachment agreement, joint maintenance agreement or other similar binding agreement between Lot 26 and Lot 27 to allow the proposed improvements to be located across the property boundaries of these two lots in the future. Puhlic Works 1. The applicant must revise the plans such that all new landscaping, retaining walls, address markers, boulders, etc. are setback a minimum of 10 feet from the Westhaven Circle edge of asphalt. 2. The applicant must obtain a Revocable Right -of -Way Permit from the Public Works Department. 3. The applicant must submit a construction staging and access plan for further review. 4.
