Thank you for meeting with me Monday morning. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding. As we discussed
during our meeting, I believe that the Town and Solaris share many of the same goals for public parking. I am hopeful
that with your assistance and better understanding of the sign regulations there will be no more sign violations at
Solaris. I remain available to meet with you as needed to address any specific needs you may have for signs at
Solaris. Please do not hesitate to call me or stop by the office.
As promised, the design review approval for application #DRB11-0004 has been reinstated as originally approved. You
have a copy of said approval.

Thank you for taking the time to discuss the rules and regulations surrounding the parking signs. I have read and fully
understand the rules and consequences if these rules are broken by Solaris. I will also inform Peter that if the rules are
broken in the future that we will lose our privilege to have a sign. Please let me know if you need anything else to have
our privilege reinstated. Again, thank you and I look forward to working with you in the future.
