compatib/e with the remaining existing roof and the materials are separated by physical
transition in the roof plain or a valley. See Vail town code section 14-10-5(F).

product will help meet ENERGY STAR° requirements for reflectivity.
Product Description
ULTRA-CLAD'" pre-finished metal features BASF's ULTRA-Cool°
full strength Kynar 500°/Hylar 5000° paint finishes. This high
performance product provides the ultimate in resistance against
fading and weathering. Life expectancy is 30 years minimum. In
addition to our standard colors, custom colors are also available.
Installation
ULTRA-CLAD'" can be cut, formed, fabricated and attached
using hand or power tools. Fabrication and installation shall be in
accordance with project drawings and specifications and conform
to accepted sheet metal practices and industry standards. Cutting
edges should be kept sharp, clean and properly aligned. Exercise
caution during fabrication and installation to avoid damage.
Protective film must be removed immediately after installation.

is a premium fluorocarbon finish and does not require maintenance.
If cleaning is desired, use mild soap and water followed by a clean
water rinse.
