RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit three complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
Plans to reflect the proposed work. Unable to determine existing from proposed work from the submitted plans
Provide cross-sectional details of proposed work
Show guardrails for the top of the retaining wall. Structural design required by the engineer of record.
Structural Comments:
Provide a 2 copies of the soils report for review that is referenced on structural plans
See comment 3 of architectural comments.
Annotate on plans that an ILC of the footing locations shall be submitted prior to the walls being inspected due to the location of the footings in relation to the property lines.
How is soil embankment going to be protected during construction?
Clarify special inspection criteria for the walls, backfill, and epoxy anchors.

Provide plans for the proposed foundation drain system to include termination points.
Mechanical Comments:

Electrical Comments:
1. Annotate on plans the required 50% high efficacy of proposed lighting changes, if any.
2. Provide electrical load calculations for the proposed work.
