RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS
● Submit three complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1. Plan sheets designed by a registrant licensed in the State of Colorado shall be sealed, signed, and dated. Please seal and sign all sheets
Structural Comments:
1. Provide plans for the proposed shed under the deck to include cross-sectional details.
2. Please clarify the possible surcharge placed by the new footing on the back wall of the shed. See Sheet A3.2
3. Complete a special inspection agreement with the resubmittal
4. Plans to reflect the required special inspections. Reference section 1705 IBC
5. Revise plans to reflect the 2009 edition of the IBC
