'Feiramont Buitding contractors, InC. bas been cont�acted to remove tiie existmg a�riveway and reptace with natu-
ral grey colored concrete, e�ending the driveway frontage to meet the current road cut depression to Momdine Drive, to
provide a naturai gas powered snowmelt system with new additional boiler. We will be removing 3large cottonwoods
grinding stumps to ground level for two trees next to transformer and to remove ffie stump for the tree next to street
where new driveway wi21 be ea�ga�ded Ptease refer to drawing for e�ct �tior�s.
We will also be applying wced stop and rip rap rock to area east of the home to the e�astem property line grading to drain
properly.
The Town of Vail will need to give approval and pro«de permils for the renovaiion ar�d will need the H�A to sign off
on what we have proposed. There may be some minor modifications to how the driveway will meet the street after re-
view by the public works department. ff major modifications are necessary by the Town of Vail I will keep the HOA
informed and will not proceed with out yow blessings.
Following is narrative of the contract with Karty's for your information
Remove concrete driveway and dispose 4 trucks to land511220001bs concrete,
Grade side yardd to draiq Remove 3 trees, Grind 2 stumps, pull one stump,
Install new natural color concrete graded to arain io so�th west corner.
Broom finish concrete w/step at entry,
Repair of Gutter Drain (estimate since we don't lmow where it goes or is operarional)
Rip rap rock along side of home, weed stop, Landscape repair,
Trench for snow melt lines and vault boxes for manifolds,
Snow melt system 95% high efficiency boiler Required by Town of Vail,
Drain for boiler (Along back wali of garage to tie into laundry drain in crawl space)
Electrical wiring for boiler (Electrical inspector may require an additional sub penel thai will add to ow cost, this should
be detem►ined before we start)
up sizing gas meter (estimate: Xcell Energy said it would be Oa but...)
Install wire mesh for heat tube
