05 IN THE EVENT THAT ADDITIONAL DETAILS OR GUIDANCE IS NEEDED BY THE
CONTRACTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ANY ASPECTS OF THIS PROJECT, THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT. FAILURE TO GIVE AMPLE
NOTICE SHALL RELIEVE ARCHITECT OF RESPONSIBILITY.
06 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SATISFYING ALL APPLICABLE CODES
GOVERNED BY THE INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE, INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL
CODE, INTERNATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, AND INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CODE, 2009
EDITION ODE COMPLIANCE 16 MANDATORY. THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
IBC AND ALL LOCAL AND REGIONAL ODES.
0T THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FIELD COORDINATE AND OBTAIN APPROVAL PRom THE
ARCHITECT 1 ENGINEER BEFORE ANY CUTTING, NOTCHING OR DRILLING OF ANY
CAST -N -PLACE CONCRETE, STEEL FRAMING, OR ANY OTHER STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS
WHICH MAY AFFECT THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING.
06 IT 16 THE INTENT AND MEANING OF THESE DOCUMENTS THAT THE CONTRACTOR AND
EACH SUBCONTRACTOR PROVIDE ALL LABOR MATERIALS, TRfN16PORTATION,
SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, ETC. TO OBTAIN A COMPLETE JOB WITHIN THE RECOGNIZED
STANDARDS OF THE INDUSTRY.
09 VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS, CONDITIONS AND UTILITY LOCATIONS ON THE JOB SITE PRIOR
TO BEGINNING ANY WORK OR ORDERING ANY MATERIALS. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY
CONFLICTS OR DISCREPANCIES IN THE DOCUMENTS IMMEDIATELY.
10 THESE DOCUMENTS ARE INTENDED TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPTENT AND
SERVICES REQUIRED TO COMPLETE ALL WOW, DESCRIBED HEREIN. IT 15 THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF THE ARCHITECT
ANY CONDITIONS WHICH WILL NOT PERMIT CONSTRUCTION ACCORDING TO THE INTENTIONS
OF THESE DOCUMENTS. IT 16 THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ARCHITECT TO PROVIDE
DETAILS AND /OR DIRECTIONS REGARDING DESIGN INTENT WHERE IT 16 ALTERED BY
EXISTING CONDITIONS OR WHER£ NEGLECTED IN THE DOCUMENTS.
II ANY MATERIALS PROPOSED FOR SUBSTITUTION OF THOSE SPECIFIED OR CALLED OUT BY
TRADE NAME IN THESE DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PRESENTED TO THE ARCHITECT FOR
REVIEW. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SAMPLES WHEN REQUIRED BY THE ARCHITECT,
AND ALL SUCH SAMPLES SHALL BE REVIEWED BY THE ARCHITECT BEFORE THE WORK 15
PERFORTED. WORK MUST CONFORM TO THE APPROVED SAMPLES, WORK WHICH DOES
NOT CVWQR'1 SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED AT THE CONTRACTORS EXPENSE.
12 THE BUILDING INSPECTOR SHALL BE NOTIFIED BY THE CONTRACTOR WHEN
THERE IS NEED OF INSPECTION AS REQUIRED BY THE INTERNATIONAL
BUILDING CODE OR ANY LOCAL CODE OR ORDNANCE.
13 THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY AND CARE OF ADJACENT
PROPERTIES DURING CONSTRUCTION, FOR COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL AND STATE OS.H1
REGULATIONS, AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF ALL UIORC UNTIL IT 15 DELIVERED
