The Owner has a large extended family and they enjoy gatherings throughout the year, but specifically in the summer months. The existing patio design is very organic with very small areas to gather and virtually no where to cook, dine and enjoy the outdoors with more than 4-5 people at a time. The new design will incorporate a new patio and built-in seating area. There will also be a full outdoor kitchen in this area. A new infinity edge pool will bound the eastern edge of the property. A 5'-6' high waterfall into the pool will mimic the spectacular existing 30' high water feature that will remain an integral part of the residence. The patio will be clad in a quartzite stone set in a random pattern. The existing exterior stone tile steps will be replaced to match the new patio. The new retaining walls will be located in the approximate location of the existing walls. They will be slightly taller in scale but designed and built in the same fashion. The stone veneer will match the existing. The new landscape design will replace all tress that are removed with a matching number of each type. The goundcovers and perennials will be increased significantly. All irrigation will be replaced with like kind. There is also a very small area on the west side of the residence that will be increased. The current stone patio will be enclosed in order to enlarge the kid's family/tv room. . Land Title Guarantee Company Date: 08-10-2011 e Our Order Number: V50030634.1 Gl1ARANTEE COMPANV www.rcc.coM Property Address: 186 FOREST ROAD AKA LOT 9, BLOCK 7, VAIL VILLAGE FILING 1 VAIL, CO 81657 Buyer/Borrower: SNOW FOREST CHALET, LLC, A COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Seller/Owner: SNOW FOREST CHALET, LLC, A COLORADO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Need a map or directions foryour upcoming closing?
