T'he boiler will be protected by a steel post mounted with expansion botts to the garage floor slab.
Plumbing comments
Item one:Gas line sizing per IFGC 4023 1" dia. Pipe at 251inear feet at 6 inches of water column will provide 268,Ob0
BTUs for which our boiler requires 250,000 BTU
George Jones of Tropical Heat has drawn the isometrics on the plans
Item two: Boiler to be Prestige 250, 95% efficient 250,000 btu
Item three: Vent termination to be minimum 60" above finished grade
Item four:Boiler is to be installed in a heated garage not uncondirioned
ltem five: Condensate drain to be piped into the crawl space with approved air gap.
The sidewalk will not be removed and aiso not heated. A separate wne will be pmvide for the portion of the driveway
inside the Town of Vail Right of Way.
