application submittal and must include the following information:
1. A Colorado Registered Engineer's stamp or N.I.C.E.T level III (min) stamp
2. Equipment cut sheets of materials

This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will
be performed by Western States Fire Protection in unit 306 at Bridge Street Lodge.
Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows.
Eliminate one sidewall and one pendant head for new wall configuration.
Relocate one pendant head for new shower door.
Raise one pendant head for new ceiling elevation in bathroom.
Replace six chrome semi recessed pendant heads with white semi recessed heads for aesthetics.
This is a CPVC wet system on the third floor. All added materials will be compatible to the existing
system.
It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work
described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is
required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970 - 618 -3294.
