'Reception No. 20067775 and 200635130 in the office of the Eagle County,
"Colorado, Clerk and Recorder,
have by these presents laid out, platted and subdivided the some into Condominium
Units as shown on this First Amendment To The Condominium Plat under the
nome and style of "Gore Creek Place — Phase l and Gore Creek Place— Phase
11 " in the Town of Vail, County of Eagle, and does hereby accept the
responsibility far the completion of required improvements; and does hereby
dedicate and set apart all of the public roads and other public improvements and
places as shown on the ; accompanying Condominium Map to the use of the public
forever, and does hereby dedicate those portions of said real property which are
created as easements `on the accompanying Condominium Mop to the public forever as
easements for the purposes shown hereon, and does hereby grant the right to
install and maintain necessary structures to the entity responsible for providing

provide that each attic above a Unit and each crawl space below a Unit are
Limited Common Elements.
3) Notice: According to Colorado law you must commence any legal action
based upon any defect in this survey within three years after you first
discover such defect. In no event, may any action based upon any defect in
this survey be commenced more than ten years from the date of the
certification shown hereon.
4) All General Notes, excluding note #15 on the rplot recorded at Reception
No. 20067775 and note #14 on the plat recorded at Reception No. 200635130,
easements, and information shown on said plats remain in full force and
affect.
