BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:

1. Show compliance for accessibility at toilet, drinking fountain, and locker room. Reference sections 3411.7, 3411.8.11, and 3411.8.12 of the IBC.
2. Provide the required maneuvering clearances at door 4 per section 404.2.3 A117.1 ANSI.
Structural Comments:

Sheet P2.0
1. Clarify that the existing DWV system is adequate to support the additional loads proposed. Reference sections 710 and 916 of the IPC.
2. Clarify that the existing water supply is adequate for the additional water fixtures proposed. Reference section 604.3 IPC
3. Clarify back flow protection device(s) to be used for hose bib connections. Reference section 608 IPC

1. Please clarify occupancy classifications used to determine required outside air requirements. Reference Table 403.3 IMC.
