If there have been changes within the building warranting a revised plat lets do it now. 3)Leave the title alone. 4)Change the title to say Corrected….. Please submit a single mylar copy of the signed plat at your earliest convenience. The only two certificates which shall be blank when you bring it to me will be the Administrator certificate and Clerk certificate. We have done plats like this in the past for address and road name changes without showing all of the lots for the entire subdivision. I guess this is your call, but seems like overkill to me. Let me know. 3.The platted name we are changing is “Vail Plaza Hotel Resort Club” per the previous Certificate of Ded. and Ownership. Are there no other ownership interests that need to sign off on the plat? 2)Please explain why all 24 pages of the initial plat don’t need to be re-recorded to reflect the new title?
