General Information: Administrative Plat Corrections are required to make changes to previously approved plats where the char-
acter and intent of the original plat is not altered. Examples include address changes, plat note amendments, plat title corrections,
easement vacations, and other minor corrections. This process is intended to allow for the correction of plat errors and minor plat
amendments where no "subdivision" occurs and conformance with applicable provisions of the Vail Town Code have been demon-
strated. Please see Section 13 -13, Administrative Plat Correction Procedures, Vail Town Code for more detailed information, the
Vail Town Code can be found on the Town's website at www.vailgov.com

Brent and John,
Sorry it has taken a few days to respond.
1) Please revise the plat to show both a sign off for Ferruco Vail and the HOA ownership.
2) We agree we do not needed to re-record all 24 pages. If there have been changes within the building
warranting a revised plat lets do it now.
3)Leave the title alone.
4)Change the title to say Corrected…..
Please submit a single mylar copy of the signed plat at your earliest convenience. The only two
certificates which shall be blank when you bring it to me will be the Administrator certificate and Clerk
certificate.

1.I think that the owner and a HOA officer should both sign.
2.We have a note that the sole purpose is to change the name only and the original units do not change. We have done
plats like this in the past for address and road name changes without showing all of the lots for the entire subdivision.
I guess this is your call, but seems like overkill to me. Let me know.
3.The platted name we are changing is “Vail Plaza Hotel Resort Club” per the previous Certificate of Ded. and
Ownership. Lots M,N,O were vacated by that plat and technically not longer exist.

I have performed my review and have the following comments.
1)Can Ferruco Vail sign the plat solely? Are there no other ownership interests that need to sign off on the plat?
2)Please explain why all 24 pages of the initial plat don’t need to be re-recorded to reflect the new title? Why re-
record proposed sheet 2 and not other sheets?
3)Please add the following line to the title “A Portion of Lot M, N, O, Block 5D, Vail Village First Filing” before the
reference to the Town, County, and State.
4)Please amend the title of the plat to state “Corrected Condominium Plat”
