The Board of Managers for Columbine North Homeowners Association met on November 1,2008;to discuss and approve changing the decks,railings and caps for both upper decks/porches and lower entry ways. The change was approved by the board to replace the cument painted wood decks and railings to stained natural wood. The stained wood holds up better to harsh weather than painted wood so the condos do not have unsightly peeling_paint after the winter months. The decks,railings and caps will be replaced as needed by each homeowner,within a one to two year window(to be determinetl}due to the economic downtum.
