1. How is the boiler to be protected from damage in the garage per section 303.4 IMC

1. Provide gas piping isometrics for the proposed work showing compliance with section 402.3 of the IFGC.
2. Provide the size and efficiency of the proposed boiler. Reference section 403.6 IECC
3. Annotate on the plans gas vent termination to be a minimum of 60” above grade per town amendment to the IFGC.
4. Please clarify that the proposed boiler may be installed in an unconditioned space.
5. Show how the condensate drains to be connected to the floor drain and maintain the required air gap. Reference section 802.2.2 IPC
