BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
Sheet A1.1
1. Revise plans to reflect the 2009 edition of the building codes as adopted by the Town of Vail. Plans reflect the 2006 edition
Structural Comments:

Plumbing Comments:
Sheet ME1
1. Gas piping plans to reflect developed lengths, size of appliances served, and materials to be used per Town of Vail submittal requirements. Please revise plans.
Mechanical Comments:
Sheet ME1
1.Annotate on the plans existing flues to be inspected by an approved testing agency and results submitted to the Town of Vail building department prior to installation of fireplace
appliances.
2. Please clarify if fireplace replacements are gas appliances or fire logsets.
Electrical Comments:
Sheet ME1
1. Lighting to be 50% high efficacy per section 505.1 IECC. Annotate on plans.
2. Clarify if proposed heat map loads are included in load calculations. If not the loads exceed the panel size and an electrical engineer would be required to provide design for enlarging
the panel to include a one line diagram.
