General Information: This application is required for all proposals involving ihe addition of any floor area, in-
cluding net floor area and/or g�oss resicfentia! floor area (GRFA). This also indudes proposals for `resicientiai
250 additions' and `interior conversions'. Applicable Vaii Town Code sections can be found ai
www.vailgov.com under Vaii irtformat+on — Ta�nm Code Ontit�e. Alf projects requiring design review must re-
ceive approva! prior to submitting a building permit application. An app[ication for Design Re�isw cannot be
ac�epted until aH required iriformation is received by the Community Development Department, as outlined in
the submittal requiremerrts. The project may also need to be reviewed by the Town Council and/or the Plan-
