General Information: This application is required for any sign that is located within the Town of Vail. All signs require
Design Review approval. Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be reviewed on -line at www.vailgov.com under Vail
Information —Town Code On -line (Title 11 Signs). An application for Design Review cannot be accepted until all re-
quired information is received by the Community Development Department. Design Review approval lapses unless sign
is installed within one year of the approval.
$50 PLUS $1.00 per square foot of total sign area

WRITTEN APPROVAL LETTER
The applicant must submit written joint property owner approval for applications affecting shared ownership properties
such as duplex, condominium, and multi- tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-
pleted by the adjoining duplex unit owner or the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a con-
dominium or multi- tenant building. All completed forms must be submitted with the applicants completed application.

approval of the plans dated VMDA Rev#2, 9/6/11 & attached "Sign Design" which have been submitted to the
Town of Vail Community Development Department for the proposed improvements to be completed at the address not-
ed above. I understand that the proposed improvements include:
The reinstallation of the existing and previously approved Charm School Boutique sign with new supports to
match the steel supports indicated on the VMDA plans noted above. Additionally the new installatio of The
Golden Bear sign design (by "Sign Design" attached color and details.
This application is intended to conform to and updated the Sign Program (attached) of November 18, 2002 for
these two subject tenants.
