The Telemark Board has found this entire process to be confusing and we certainly appreciate your willingness to help us out. We would like to confirm our request to redo the overhangs, repair the pool fence, reshingle the pool house, replace rotten boards, touch-up paint and seal the foundation hole. The wing removal (both door and building) and mechanical door should be removed from the application. We apologize for our misunderstanding and again welcome your assistance in obtaining the proper permit. Thank you. As I previously stated, the application cannot be withdrawn because some of the work has already been completed, and as I mentioned, I noticed work is being done now. You MUST continue with at least a portion of this application. Here is my suggestion- send me a response confirming that you seek approval for redoing the overhangs, repairing the pool fence, the mechanical room door, the foundation hole. The wing removal would be removed from the application. This way, I can approve that work and you can get a building permit for the foundation repair, mechanical room door and overhang replacement (which again, I noticed is being done without a permit). All work must cease immediately or the project will be red tagged, which doubles the fee of your building permit. Let me know how you would like to proceed. Rachel F.
