Dear Community Development:
Attached is a Building Permit Application for 123 Willow Place, Unit #I in Summers
Lodge. The description of the alteration is to narrow a stone patio wall to accommodate a
replacement hot tub on the patio.
Accompanying this application are 2 sets of site plans and DRB Approval Letter dated
August 19, 2011, #DRB110353. Also enclosed is a check for $119.26 for the Building
Permit fee.
