First your mailing address and second the name of ownership on the Beaver Dam house. I originally used your name and
the town called and said that they were showing a different ownership name. I think they said Prima Properties as owner.
I did get approval for removing the tree but just need to get this info. squared away before I can move forward on
scheduling.
