● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
Sheet A1.0
1. Structure to be designed to the IBC. IRC does not apply. Please revise plans
Sheet A2.1
1. Plan details reflect a geo drain to be provided. Site plan does not reflect the drainages system nor its termination point. Please revise plan.
Sheet A4.2
1. Plans to reflect drainage away from the structure and or walls to be designed for the additional hydraulic load. Please clarify.
Sheet A12.1
1. Please identify on plans roofing materials to be used to include fire classification. Reference section 1507 IBC.
2. How is the stone veneer to be attached or adhered to the building? Reference section 1405.7 IBC

Sheet S1
1. The building is to be designed and constructed per the IBC not the IRC. Revise plans
2. Please provide statement of special inspections required on plans or clarify design criteria does not require it per Section 1704.1.1 IBC
3. Identify if field welding is being done on the plans.
4. Proposed boulder retaining wall to be designed in that it is withholding a super imposed load per architectural drawings.
5 Provide a copy of the geotechnical report referenced on plans to include the design for the perimeter drain
