BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
Sheet A3
1. How is the boiler to be protected from damage in the garage per section 303.4 IMC
36” is inadequate for vehicle protection. Many private vehicles exceed 36” in height. Provide an approved barrier as specified by the code.
Structural Comments:

Plumbing Comments:
Sheet A3
1. Provide gas piping isometrics for the proposed work showing compliance with section 402.3 of the IFGC.
Gas piping isometrics is incomplete. Unable to determine required gas piping sizing from submitted drawing
Electrical Comments:
1. Please provide electrical plans for the proposed electrical work. Only indication of electrical work is in the construction valuation.
Additional circuits require a load calculations submittal. See Town of Vail submittal requirements
PUBLIC WORKS COMMENTS
Annotate on plans that the sidewalk shall not be heated
