As the wall is most visible from the Fallridge Building, I would like to match the color and texture of the exterior stucco from that building. Please see attached photo. We will be using the darker color which is Benjamin Moore HC -47 Brookline Beige. I have printed a couple of these photos and will drop them by. Do I need to fill out any additional paper work? Thanks for your help. It appears you would like to replace the wall with a stamped stone pattern poured in place concrete wall. The DRB has generally expressed that this type of wall does not meet the intent of the design standards of Title 14 as the stamped stone effect does not emulate true stone. At this conjuncture you can choose to move forward and be scheduled on the October 4 th DRB hearing or propose a different option which may be staff approvable. If you choose to move forward to a DRB hearing I will need to know where the picture you took was taken, and receive additional information on the product you want to use. Manufacturers literature, so locations where I might be able to take the board to have a look at the product. Will color be entrenched in the concrete or is color applied subsequent to hardening? Please let me know your thought on how you want to proceed and let me know if you have any questions.
