All work to be performed in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations Contractor shall have the Soils Engineer inspect site excavation to verify existing soils conditions and the feasibility of the proposed foundation design and construction Do not proceed with the work until the above conditions have been inspected and verified. All interior finishes, materials, detailing, fixtures, appliances, equipment, etc., including material and performance specifications, as selected and/or approved by the Owner. These include, but are not limited to, floor finishes, doors, hardware, trim, stairway handrails, closet systems and shelving, fireplace mantels and hearths, built-in furnishings, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, bathroom accessories, lighting fixtures and trim, sound and security systems Provide blocking as,required for proper installation of these items. Items noted on the Drawings as "Verify" or "Field Verify" shall 'be resolved with the Architect or Owner prior to proceeding with the work in that area. Sound insulate the floor system and interior walls as determined by the Owner Mechanical and electrical systems design shall be the responsibility of the General Contractor, required subcontractor or others as selected by the Owner. In floor heat on the lower level and under floor heat on the upper level is proposed for the Primary Unit. Hot water baseboard heat is proposed for the Employee Housing Unit Coordinate heating zones and thermostats with Owner prior to the start of the framing phase of construction. The Architect assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions and applicable code requirements of consultants The Architect assumes no responsibility for utility coordination, care of adjacent properties, performance specifications and the components of construction safety; nor for the Contractor's failure to carry out the work in accordance with the Construction Documents The Owner shall be responsible for all existing hazards on the property; and for the discovery, presence, handling, removal or disposal of, or the exposure of persons'to hazardous materials, waste or substances in any form on the property Ownership and possession of the original Architectural Drawings shall remain that of the Architect. Reproducible copies will h9/provided at the Owner's request and expense.
