● Submit two complete sets of revised construction documents containing the requested information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.
BUILDING COMMENTS
Architectural Comments:
1.Revise plans to reflect the 2009 edition of the building code as adopted by the Town of Vail
Structural Comments:
1. Please clarify epoxy bolts/ product to be used do not need special inspection
Plumbing Comments:
1. Provide gas piping plans if gas piping to be done per Town of Vail submittal requirements
Mechanical Comments:
1. Provide mechanical plans per Town of Vail submittal requirements
Electrical Comments:
1. Provide electrical plans to include load calculations
