We are planning on providing a 200A iPh 120/240 service for the 186 Forest Rd
residence over the winter. Based upon load calculations, we can bring the total
demand load under 200A by removing the caretaker unit kitchen equipment and only
providing power to a limited amount of pool equipment. The pool equipment loads that
we have included are based upon Maximum Comfort Pool & Spa's issuance #2 dated
10/07/2011, plan P1.1. Please see our included issuance �Elec. Revision #1'sheet
E1.1, which shows the demand load calculation for this winter, with equipment removed
as specified above.
After winter is over and Vail Mountain is closed, we plan on increasing the size of the
service per our original permit issuance. Please contact us with and comments or
questions regarding the 200A winter electrical service for this residence.
