HBET understands that the proposed wall will be constructed using Redi-Rock SRW block units. HBET also understands that portions of the wall will support automobile parking and that the maximum exposed height of the wall will be approximately 9.3 feet. Design of the retaining wall was completed in accordance with the NCMA Design Manual for Segmental Retaining Walls using the SRWaII software program. The typical wall sections for both gravity and reinforced walls for use in construction are included in the attached drawing. SRWaII and GSTABL7 output are also attached. It is important to note that HBET did not complete a geotechnical investigation at the site.
