We have received the design review application to replace the existing retaining walls at 2558 Arosa Drive. To complete this application, a stamped topographic survey of the existing
conditions and a proposed site/grading plan must be submitted for review. Please be aware that any new combination walls or new retaining wall 4 feet or taller in height also require
the submittal of stamped, engineered drawings.
Please submit these items at your earliest convenience, so that we may continue our review of this application.
