information with all plan revision items clouded or otherwise identified.
● Please respond in writing to each comment with a response letter addressing each comment.

1. Provide plan sheets on a minimum of 11x17 and Of the same size per Town of Vail submittal requirements. Note: this is for purposes of archiving and
scanning of the plans
2. Annotate on plans the required guardrail height and picket distance per section 312 IRC
3. Annotate on plans that carbon monoxide detectors are required per
section R315 IRC
