The unit noted above is having a minor remodel. As part of the work, smoke detectors
will need to be added to the bedrooms and two existing out-of-date smoke detectors
will be replaced. The existing building fire alarm system was upgraded approximately
1-1/2 years ago. All devices installed will be fully compatible with existing devices.
The Building Permit for this project is #Di1-0407 and the general contractor is TNT
Renovations. The value of our work is $1110.
