1) The applicant shall shift the solar panels down slope from the proposed location resulting in the uphill portion of the panels being located where downhill terminus of the
proposed panel location is shown on the plans.
2) The applicant shall screen the substructure of the panels by placing an evergreen plant species on the east and west sides. The
proposed plant material does not need
to be a species which exceeds the height of the underside of the panels. The proposed plant species, quantity and size shall be included in the plans submitted for review in conjunction
with the building permit.
