That was not the intent of that correspondence. The intent of that correspondence was to let the parties know that the requested alterations to the common elements will only be approved after the conditions listed in the email are fully met. As of now, those conditions have not been met, and accordingly, approval of the alterations to the common elements has not been granted. I hope that this correspondence clears up the matter. I will let you know once the conditions have been met and final approval is granted.
