Michael,
My name is Warren Campbell and I am filling in while Rachel is on vacation. I was routed a set of revisions for the Lotker
residence showing a sloped 2:12 roof form on a mechanical and storage space. The plans I found in are archives do not
show this sloped roof form on the mechanical room or storage shed. Did you get this revision approved through a
change to your approved Design Review? There is sometimes something lost when a project is handled by another
individual so I apologize in advance if you got this change approved already, although I don't see anything in our
records. If you did not get this approved please submit a change to approved plans application with a revised elevation
drawing and details of how it will be constructed (ie. fascia details, colors, roof material and color, etc.). Please contact
me should you have any questions.
