I don't know who your contact person is at the Town of Vail, so I hope this email communication can be included in your file for your submittal to the Town. There was another application to the Town that was reviewed at the meeting and the Town staffer on that project accepted an email approval. I hope this takes care of what you need. This is the first year we have had an owner rather than a developer controlled association, so I'm sorry if there is any confusion.
