Maintenance Mr. Vaughan, This letter is intended to describe the full scope of work for changes to the fire sprinkler system that will be performed by Western States Fire Protection in unit 685 at The Mountian Haus. Required modifications to the fire sprinkler system are as follows. : Relocate 16 existing heads for new wall and ceiling configurations. : Eliminate 2 existing to prevent cold soldering, due to existing wall removal. This is a steel pipe wet system on 2"d floor of the Gateway Complex. All added materials will be compatible to the existing system. It is our understanding that this letter will be sufficient to obtain a permit to proceed with the work described above. No other work will be done without authorization from VFES. If further information is required to issue a permit please contact our office in Glenwood Springs at 970-618-3294.
