I am sending you this email as I was routed an application for a building permit to increase the size of the existing gas
line. Prior to this application being reviewed by the Planning Department an application for Design Review is
required. Pursuant to our Town Code any exterior changes need to be reviewed through a Design Review
application. This application is required to include a sign-off from the Vail Point HOA stating that they are aware and
approving the changes you propose. Please complete the cover sheet of the attached application, a copy of HOA
approval, photographs depicting where on the exterior the gas line will run, a note that the new pipe will be painted to
match the exterior siding material color, and a fee for $20.
Please get this application in as soon as possible so that review of your building permit can continue. I am available to
provide whatever assistance you might need.
