As we discussed on-site this afternoon, a final Planning inspection can not be approved until all exterior work associated with the Nagle project has been completed:
· Remove all pre-existing flood lights.
· Paint all exposed vents, flues, conduit, meters, etc. to match the adjacent exterior wall or roof element.
· Install all new landscaping and re-vegetate any existing landscape areas disturbed during construction.
